Contrary to what others believe, the snow season is one of the greatest opportunities to bond with our family and friends. Instead spending our time indoors sleeping or watching TV, there are outdoor winter activities that we could try.
Building teams starts with building relationships. Make sure that you don’t pack so much activity into your team building time that your group has no time to kick back and relax. Schedule in some unstructured time when they can get to know each other outside work time.
Blind Obstacles course – Trust and commitment are the objectives of this activity as teams will have to navigate through an obstacle course blindfolded. This challenge also assists in working on communication skills.
When you plan the hen activities for a young lady, you can opt for a one- night party or you can go for a weekend trip. Ideas for one night party and weekend trips are not the same. So, take the decision with due time left on hand. If you want to plan a weekend trip, you should select a destination that will impress your friend who is about to get married. The destination should also suit the other friends, who will join the party. While selecting the destination, you should also check out the Team Building Singapore that are offered there. This will help you ease the task of party planning.

The car race was about more than expanding the sales staff, however. How we competed told us both a lot about each other. We had known each other only a short while, and this one exercise helped us to get to know each other a lot better real quick. Even though he was the boss, we had become team mates.
First Meeting. Have 3 people on each team( usually 3 men and 3 women on opposing teams). The objective is for each team of three to act in synch as one person. They are to meet the other team and each team is one person, they move together and talk together. Step by step and word by word each team member is looking for clues from one person ( usually a leader will emerge) on when to move, words to say etc. It is hilarious and teaches leadership ( if one person in each team doesn’t take control and lead the other two in words and movement- it is a mess), communications skills, teamwork.
