Bali is an island in Indonesia that is located in the western most end of the islands named Lesser Sunda. This is a great tourist destination and is known for its dance, highly developed arts, painting, sculpture, metal working, leather and music.
Some of the best places that you can see here are the Hindu temples. There are endless temples here. There are nine large prominent temples that are the directional temples. They are situated at strategic points in Bali. Here is something that the tourists ought to know. To enter any of these Bali temples you have to be dressed in the traditional clothing of Bali, the sarong and the sash. These are however available at the temples for rent.
The Caribbean was our next stop. It’s probably one of our favorite areas in Costa Rica. In addition to the laid-back vibe, lots of local artisans and clear Caribbean waters, you’re bound to see a sloth up close if you just stop and look around. To Miles’ surprise, a mama sloth with a baby visited us at Hotel Atlantida where we were staying for a night. What a treat! We are excited to be holding our next two Yoga Holidays Mal Pais in Costa Rica at the Goddess Garden in Cahuita as our guests will get such an authentic flavor of Costa Rica on the Caribbean coast and no doubt see abundant wildlife.

With a body that was more toned than ever, I began sharing the message wherever I traveled. “Yoga can change your life!” became my theme song.

I learnt to pose on bridge and my stress from work literally vanished with a calming rose oil. Standing forward combined with a lavender scent I felt the incredible relaxation. The other part of this exercise is the asanas. The body gets tired by continuously working all day long. The muscle of the body gets strained. Due to this we face problems like back ache, spinal cord trouble, etc. These problems if not taken in to consideration right in the beginning it might to lead to many major problems at later stages. The asanas or poses in this exercise help in stretching the muscles and relaxing the body. It helps in keeping the body fit and pain free. It also helps you control your body weight. Some forms of this exercise help you lose weight and maintain your health.
